GREG GADBOIS

 

Coach, Fitness Specialist, About Time Athlete and CrossFit Enthusiast, Personal Trainer

Greg has been very active throughout his life. He’s played all types of sports, enjoys hiking and being outdoors, and just running around for fun. He ran indoor track and played both football and lacrosse throughout high school. His journey into health and fitness really began during his freshman year of college. He attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology where he obtained an Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Fitness Specialist. At Penn College, Greg also obtained his Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is currently continuing his education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where he is majoring in Exercise Science and will be joining us during breaks from school.

Greg started his CrossFit journey during his second year of college in August 2013 and immediately fell in love with it. By December of the same year, he became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has been coaching ever since. In addition to his passion for helping and coaching others, Greg also loves to train and compete. He works hard every single day in order to reach his goal of competing at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals of the CrossFit Games for the 2015 season.
