For Experienced CrossFitters

You may be eligible to attend one of our regular classes if you have at least three months of prior experience at another certified CrossFit affiliate.

At CrossFit Hard, safety is our primary concern. Our trainers will evaluate both your current fitness level and your knowledge of CrossFit movements and terminology. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements you are welcome to continue coming to the regular classes. If for any reason one of the coaches or you feel as though additional help is needed, we may require you to go to the On-Ramp’ class for a bit, or set up some one-on-one sessions to make sure you are safe and comfortable in class settings.
