What is CrossFit?

CrossFit HQ defines CrossFit as "constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity". So what does this mean for you?

6-Week Workout Cycles

Constant variety shouldn't mean random. Our classes are programmed so you smartly progress through 6-week strength, skill, and conditioning cycles. After 6 weeks, we test your progress so you can be confident you'll have learned something new, increased your strength, and improved your fitness.

Expert Coaching

Don't let the smiles fool you, our coaches are ready to whip you into shape!  Each coach is a minimum CrossFit Level I certified (but most have multiple certifications) and we take great pride in our internal continuing education program. This means as you grow in your fitness, our coaches are right there growing with you.

"Prehab" aka Injury Prevention

All CrossFit Hard classes begin with a warm-up and end with an (optional) cool down. We take the time to address any mobility or flexibility limitations that might keep you from performing your best in class, and our coaches teach you EXACTLY how to perform a movement to stay injury free.

Our 3,000+ square foot, sparkling clean gym comes fully stocked with everything you'll need to get in the best shape of your life.
