With the CrossFit Games over and finally the rigors of this past season have come to a close, CrossFit is holding it's annual "team series." For those of you not familiar, the team series is a slew of workouts held over numerous weeks with an overall winner at the end winning monetary prizes.

Traditionally, it has been a team of two male and two female athletes working together scoring as many reps or lifting as much weight as possible within the given parameters of whichever workout they may face down over 3-4 weeks.

This year however, there has been a change. In a bit of an "expedited" theme, there will now be two person teams (male/male, female/female, male/female) over two consecutive weeks of workouts determining an overall winner.
