Gymnastics Pulling Challenge:

Max effort chin over the bar hold; pronated grip only.

HOWEVER, if you are a person who is already proficient at pull ups (10+ strict pull ups in a set), perform this as a chest to rings hold (use false grip).

Again, these should be in a good position.  Keep your body in a hollow position while your chin is above the bar/rings
