What are your plans for the holiday weekend?

Deadlift (3 Rep Max)

You should be able to maintain solid positions for all three reps.  To ensure safety on this three rep max you can reset your grip between reps, but all three reps must be completed in 15 seconds or less.

Cindy (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of: 
5 Pull-ups  
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Figure out a pace you must keep to beat your score from week 1.  With 3-5 minutes remaining, try to pick up the pace and push to the finish.
