Max Effort 5k Row

Use your first 5k row time as a starting point.  If you have been coming to class consistently during cycle 1, you have spent a lot of time increasing your aerobic capacity.  Figure out what your pace should be per 500m, and then aim to keep a pace slightly faster than that.  If you have anything left in the tank with 1000-1500m remaining, increase your pace.  With 300-500 meters remaining sprint to the finish!
