Kipping Toe to Bar Progression

10 Deadlifts
10 Back Squats
10 Power Cleans
10 Thrusters

Metcon (Time)

2 Rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups while partner holds 95/65 over head
40 Alternating box jumps
40 Wallball shots while partner holds chin over bar
40 Push-Ups while partner holds straight arm planks
200ft farmers carry as heavy as possible

*Every minute on the minute both partners must stop and do 2 burpees each.
