What are you doing to stay cool this weekend?
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
In teams of three, with only one teammate working at a time rotate through each exercise, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes at each station, I min rest between stations:

Station 1-
10 Box Jumps
5 Pull-Ups

Station 2-
10 Burpees
5 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead

Station 3-
200 Meter Row/bike or hot run!!!
12 /Slam Ball
Record total reps per station.

10 Dumbbell Press
10 Burpees
8 Dumbbell Press
8 Burpees
6 Dumbbell Press
6 Burpees
4 Dumbbell Press
4 Burpees
2 Dumbbell Press
2 Burpees
