Following the huge success of our New You Challenge we have opened up some new class times as regular coed classes this week.

We now have a 5am, 7am and 9am class Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

A 7:30pm class Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

An 11am class on Saturday

So our summer full schedule is as follows:


MONDAY - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 10am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

TUESDAY - 6am, 10am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

WEDNESDAY - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 10am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

THURSDAY - 6am, 10am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

FRIDAY - 6am, 10am, 4:30pm & 5:30pm

SATURDAY -  9am, 10am & 11am
