Please join me in welcoming Trevor to the CrossFit Hard family!
Trevor is a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. Trevor was first introduced to CrossFit through a teammate in college. Trevor realized that CrossFit not only helped with his strength, but also the practicality of application in all aspects of life.
At a very young age, Trevor fell in love with coaching. He is a former coach and volunteer of The Miracle League of Austin. A non-profit organization that gives children with special needs the ability to play in a baseball league. Trevor first realized his love for seeing others improve, and helping others to achieve their fitness goals.
Trevor is new to CrossFit Hard, but immediately fell in love with how close the community is. Trevor believes that is the most important aspect of any fitness regimen, do what you love, and have an awesome time doing it!
What is your favorite workout?
Anything fast and heavy. Probably Isabel

Enjoying the people around me, exploring, and sleeping.

*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 75%

*Set 7 – 2 reps @ as heavy as possible
