Anthony grew up on Long Island and played hockey through high school.

He graduated from Virginia Military Institute and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps.

Anthony, who has been coaching CrossFit since 2013, has found that CrossFit has best prepared him for all aspects of life from being a Marine to crazy snakebite accidents.  He also thoroughly enjoys coaching others and watching them improve. 


What is your favorite workout?

Anything with a gymnastics bias especially Muscle Ups.


When you're not CrossFitting you are?

Hopin' around and ridin’ dirty.
