If you were at the gym the last couple of days you may be asking what are all these new women cueing up for?

We are launching a New You 6 Week Challenge which starts on April 18th.

This challenge was created to introduce CrossFit to a broader population. I have personally seen how CrossFit has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. This challenge was created to introduce CrossFit to those who would absolutely benefit from the training, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own.

We are looking to find the right women who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through CrossFit training. If this sounds like something you or someone you know would like to part of, fill out an application ASAP. There has been an amazing response to our ads for the challenge. We are currently running interviews to find the most motivated women to undergo a 6-week total body transformation.

10 Wall Balls (12,10)

Deadlift

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 6 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90%

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 sets):
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
50 Double-Unders

Out of Town WOD

50 Turkish Getups
*Find something heavy you can use in your top hand
