Hip Opener

5 Min Hip and Ankle Mobility
Then 3 rounds:
10 steps Duck Walk
10 steps Duck Walk Backwards
10 Med Ball Front Squats
50 Jumping Jacks

Pull-ups

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes:
Station 1 – 2 Weighted Pull-Ups (if you’re still working on your first pull-ups, try 2-3 slow negatives + 5-6 Band Assisted Strict Pull-Ups)
Station 2 – Bench Press x 3 reps

12 Deadlifts, bodyweight
21 Box Jumps, 20"

Out of Town WOD

5 Rounds for Time:
24 Air Squats
12 Pushups
