For a die hard few intrepid members we soaked up nature on the first official day of Spring. The forecast snow never came and we enjoyed a cool and pleasantly quiet Billy Goat Trail hike. The rock hopping and small climb were fun.

The falls were spectacular following yesterday's 1/2 inch of rain. We were especially lucky to see a group of adrenaline junkies shooting the grade 5 rapids. Click on the image above top check out our album.

Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Push Jerk x 4 reps

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Push Jerks (115/75 lbs)
5 Burpees Over the Barbell
