Warm-up 1

5 Minute Jump Rope

3 Rounds:
10 Pass Throughs(vary each round the type, circle, rev, etc.)
10 Good Mornings
10 OHS
10 Jackknives
30 Russian Twists

Weighted Pull-ups

Three sets of:
Weighted Pull-Ups x 2 reps
Rest 30 seconds

immediately followed by…

Pull-ups

Three sets of:
20 seconds ofPull-Ups x Max reps
Rest 40 seconds

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Against a 4-minute running clock:
500 Meter Row
15 Box Jump-Overs
Double-Unders x Max Reps

Rest 4 minutes and complete three sets.

Cash Out

60 Burpees then Counch Stretch and foam roll arm pits and lats

Out of Town WOD

60 Burpees then:

Complete exercises EMOM for 14 Mins

5 Sit Ups

2 Pistols Each Side

5 V-Ups
