Team Fun Warm Up

Partner Burner (3 Rounds for reps)

In teams of two you will rotate through three individual Stations.

Coach will allocate which station you are starting at, you will then rotate through A, B, C or B, C, A or C, A, B.

Each station is a 5 Min AMRAP.

You will get a 3 minute rest between stations to recover and get organized.

Station A

Row for calories - Switch every 10 calories

Station B

Thrusters 95# / 65# - alt partners every time the bar hits the ground

Station C

10 Pull Ups 20 Push Ups - split however you like

Record max reps/calories per round

20 ROUNDS FOR TIME: 5 PUSHUPS 5 SQUATS 5 SITUPS
