Agility Ladder - Burpee Challenge
Two Rounds:
20M Walking Lunge with Twist
10 Leg Swings (Front/Back & Side/Side)
Inch Worm Progressions
16 Mountain Climbers (8/side)

Mobility
Hamstring Stretch Band - Lay on back, band around the foot, leg straight
Thoracic Stretch over PVC
LAX Shoulder

Metcon (Time)

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Burpees
7 Box Jumps
7 Ground to Overhead (75/55)

You will complete this workout in teams of two, with only one partner working at a time.  One partner will blast through a full round before the next begins. Repeat until all teammates have completed seven rounds.
