We encourage members to bring a new guest in today to either our 9am or 10am class.

Partner 1 completes 1 Pull-Up + 1 Burpee
Partner 2 completes 1 Pull-Up + 1 Burpee
Partner 1 completes 2 Pull-Up + 2 Burpees
Partner 2 completes Pull-Up + 2 Burpees

Continue in this fashion up the ladder until both partners complete Pull-Up + 15 Burpees.
