Thursday, December 31st only 6am and 10am Classes today

Friday, January 1st CLOSED - NO CLASSES

Saturday, January 2nd NORMAL SCHEDULE 9AM & 10AM

Warm-up

200 M Run
3 Rds
10 Empty BB Press
10 KB Swings
10 Leg swings (each leg)

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Clusters (115/83 lbs)
15 Push ups
50 Double-Unders

Toes-To-Bar

Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets of each):
Station 1 – Toes to Bar x 10 reps

Station 2 – 20 Sec Ring Plank

Out of Town WOD

10×200 meters running/250 meters rowing, rest 1:00
