Come join the CrossFit Hard community at Del Frisco's at Pike and Rose, starting at 9PM for our Holiday party!

Bring your holiday cheer and get ready to celebrate. We are blessed to have such an amazing family at CrossFit Hard and hope to see you all there.

Attire is nice and classy (dress up folks!) and you will surprised at just how very good all the people you usually see in a puddle of sweat look:)

TEAM WOD

Warm-Up 12

800m Run
10 Toe Touches
10 Alternating Supermans
10 Jackknives(total body)
400m Run

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, 20 Minute AMRAP:

A. Buy-In: 1000M Row

B. Immediately followed by :

6 Burpees

6 Jumping Squats

6 Overhead Lunges (45/25)

6 Push-Ups

6 DB Snatches

Rules:
A. The row: can be broken up however you want
B. The AMRAP: Only one partner may be working at a time so you can’t move to the next exercise until your teammate has completed all the reps
